At El Sol Contracting & Construction LLC., safety is our number one priority.  Safety is an integral part of our company’s culture and everyone should be accountable, not only to ourselves, but for our co-workers, business partners, and the general public on and around our jobsites. We believe that our employees are our most important assets and that their safety at the worksite is our greatest responsibility.  It is our goal to send each employee home to his or her family in the same condition their families sent them to us.  Everyone at El Sol Contracting & Construction firmly believes and upholds the Zero-Accident and Zero-Injury philosophy within our company, believing that every accident and injury is preventable.  It is our goal to create and implement a safety program that is a leader in our field and in the construction industry as a whole.

Our safety program is lead by our Corporate Health and Safety director, administered through a staff of safety professionals with exceptional experience, training and knowledge.  We feel that it’s imperative that alongside with our safety department, our company’s top management and project management members stay committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and their families by consistently monitoring our projects to ensure that work is being performed in the safest possible manner.  Our goals are to reduce employee injury, prevent potential hazards through consistent safety management, and ensure compliance with relevant safety and health standards.  Through the attainment of these goals, our company will remain competitive and viable in our industry. 

In our continuing effort to assure the utmost in safety we employ the services of Arrowsight technology. The goal is to continuously promote achievements in client partner safety, quality, compliance, and financial performance.
